At Inspect A Tree Inc., we’re a growing, independently owned arboriculture company providing professional tree care, municipal tree services, and arboricultural consulting throughout the Lower Mainland.

We’re looking for an experienced ISA Certified Arborist who loves the industry, enjoys the challenges of climbing, and takes pride in delivering exceptional tree care.

OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and is interested in developing their skills, taking on additional responsibility, and potentially progressing into a working crew leader position.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an arborist who:

- Holds a current ISA Certified Arborist credential.
- Has solid climbing experience and is comfortable undertaking technical pruning and removals.
- Takes pride in their climbing ability, workmanship, and professional development.
- Has a strong understanding of safe climbing practices and modern arboricultural techniques.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and brings a positive, professional attitude.
- Is reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Is willing to share knowledge, learn from others, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:





- ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ).
- Experience driving manual transmission work trucks.
- Experience with municipal tree maintenance contracts.
- Previous crew leadership or mentoring experience.

No TRAQ or experience driving standard? Don’t let that stop you!
