Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a motivated and reliable Car Wash Attendant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily car wash operations, and ensure a clean, efficient, and skilled environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain wash packages, memberships, and promotions
- Process customer payments and transactions
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle preparation (pre-wash, guiding vehicles, drying, etc.)




- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, equipment, and work areas
- Support team members during busy periods
- Handle customer concerns and provide quick solutions
- Promote memberships and upsell services when possible

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outdoors and on feet for long periods
- Previous car wash or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
- Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
