Ride Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Bilingual Business Development Centre Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Corporate Office. In this role, you will contact prospective vehicle buyers, build interest in purchasing a vehicle from our dealerships, and schedule qualified appointments for customers to meet with our Sales Teams. You will manage leads and customer communications through to the point of handoff at the dealership.

This is a fast-paced and target-oriented position that requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new and existing sales leads by phone, email, and text to generate interest in purchasing a vehicle from the dealership.
- Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their vehicle needs, answer initial questions, and present suitable next steps to move them toward a purchase.
- Encourage customers to visit the dealership by scheduling and confirming appointments with an available Sales Consultant.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have inquired online, by phone, or through other sources to convert inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales opportunities.
- Confirm appointment details, provide reminders, and work to reduce missed appointments or cancellations.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handoff of customers when they arrive at the dealership.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all calls, texts, emails, lead status updates, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide professional, responsive customer service and promptly address customer questions or concerns throughout the initial sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Fluent in English AND Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or post-secondary education is an asset)




- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional phone manner
- Proven ability to overcome objections and convert opportunities
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general comfort with technology tools
- Automotive industry experience is preferred, but not required

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, in-office position based at Ride Automotive Group’s Corporate Office. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
