Join our growing manufacturing team as a Tool and Die Maker, where you will play a key role in producing high-quality tooling and supporting precision metal stamping operations. Key Responsibilities

- Design, manufacture, modify, and maintain progressive dies, tooling, and fixtures for metal stamping operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to produce precise tooling components.
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, including milling machines, lathes, and related machining tools.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling performance and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Perform tooling inspections and quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Diagnose and resolve tooling and production issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on dies and tooling equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

- Certified Tool and Die Maker or equivalent industry experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong experience with progressive die design, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in CNC machining, setup, and programming.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in welding, fabrication, assembly, and the use of hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for precision measurements and calculations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
