We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join a manufacturing organization in Mississauga, Ontario. This position supports day-to-day financial operations by handling payables, maintaining accurate transaction records, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth accounting processes while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle of vendor invoice administration, including entry, verification, and preparation of payments.
- Process employee expense submissions through Concur and confirm compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of banking activity, such as deposits, withdrawals, and corporate credit card transactions.
- Examine freight, courier, and shipping invoices to ensure charges are properly documented and coded.
- Assist with accounts payable reconciliations and provide support for routine accounting activities across the department.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis by reviewing shipment-related costs and matching invoicing details between payables and receivables.
- Work within Epicor to complete accounting tasks and adapt to updated system tools and workflows.
- Support the implementation and day-to-day use of automation and AI-enabled accounting processes within the team.
- Experience in accounts payable and high-volume invoice processing.
- Proven ability to enter and manage vendor invoices with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with vendor account maintenance and payment coordination.




- Working knowledge of expense reporting platforms such as Concur.
- Comfort using accounting systems and learning new digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing financial records, matching documents, and reconciling transactions.
- Ability to support general accounting functions and prepare basic reporting information.
