- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work at heights and climb ladders up to 130 ft

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, support smooth operations, and help eliminate downtime in a facility that is always in motion
- An adventurous spirit and readiness to take on the challenges of a high-tech, high-volume warehouse
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent physical condition, with the ability to climb, crawl, work in confined spaces, and use SCBA equipment effectively; candidates must be able to pass a functional abilities test
- Ability to consistently work in a cold environment of up to -20°C
- Previous experience in an automated warehouse environment is considered an asset
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required

What You Will Do

- Manage the electronic Material Flow Control System (MFCS)




- Safely operate automated MHE equipment, including automated cranes and conveyors, through computer programs and, at times, manually in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility
- Monitor consistent pallet flow and address interruptions by physically investigating issues and taking corrective action

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and mechanical challenges as they arise
- Work collaboratively with a team that values safety, efficiency, and innovation
- Climb ladders up to 130 ft while using a safety harness
- Complete mechanical adjustments and corrections

Schedule: Candidates must be available to work days or nights on 12-hour shifts: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. The schedule includes working every second weekend.
