We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who brings energy, curiosity, and a customer-first attitude to the sales floor. You don’t need to know everything about tactical gear on day one, but you should be ready to learn, ask questions, get hands-on with our products, and help customers find the right solution for their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Experience Is Everything

- Welcome customers, build rapport, and figure out what they actually need — not just what they came in asking for.
- Recommend products by explaining their features, benefits, and real-world uses.
- Help customers explore options, answer questions, and find the right fit for their needs and budget.
- Handle questions, returns, and warranty concerns professionally and with a positive attitude.
- Create a shopping experience that makes customers want to come back.

Know Your Gear

- Learn our product lineup, including tactical equipment, uniforms, apparel, footwear, outdoor gear, and everyday essentials.
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, sales events, and industry trends.
- Take advantage of vendor training and online product resources to keep building your knowledge.




- Understand our customer groups and ensure recommendations align with applicable contracts and requirements.

Keep the Store Looking Sharp

- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented displays and sales floor areas.
- Keep shelves stocked and products neatly folded, packaged, and ready for customers.
- Return excess merchandise to inventory promptly and accurately.
- Keep fitting rooms tidy and merchandise in its proper place.
- Follow inventory control, loss prevention, and store procedures.

- Work toward personal and store sales goals — and celebrate the wins.
- Use our point-of-sale system and company software accurately.
- Stay flexible, take initiative, and jump in where the team needs you.
- Show up on time, ready to contribute, and bring a professional attitude to every shift.

What We're Looking For

You don't have to be a tactical expert. We're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to connect with customers.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in retail, sales, apparel, outdoor equipment, or tactical products.
- The ability to ask good questions, listen carefully, and recommend solutions.
- Confidence working toward sales targets and delivering results.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills.
- Comfort using computers, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.




- The ability to multitask while keeping customers a priority.
- A team-first mindset with the initiative to work independently when needed.
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

The physical side: This is an active retail role. You'll spend extended periods standing and walking, move merchandise, reach, bend, crouch, use ladders, and regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
