Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated General Labourers to join a busy distribution centre team (previous Adecco/Radial Zara Warehouse). This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and contributing to efficient order fulfillment operations.

- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

- Location: Pitt Meadows, BC

Full-Time Shift Options
Shift Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Shift Duration: 10.5 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break
Paid Hours: 10 hours per shift
Choose one of the following schedules:

- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Donut Schedule)

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Important: Candidates must be available to consistently work all four days of their selected schedule.

Part-Time Shift Options
Shift Hours: 10:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Shift Duration: 10.5 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break
Scheduling options:
Option 1: Tuesday and Wednesday
Option 2: Thursday and Friday
Option 3: Choose any 2 days of the week.

- Important Scheduling Information:

- All part-time associates will initially work two 10-hour paid shifts per week, totaling 20 paid hours.

- In the future,



associates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability may be offered the opportunity to transition to three 8-hour shifts per week.

- The prospect to transition to 8-hour shifts is not guaranteed and will depend on performance and operational requirements.

- Options 1 and 2 are preferred to help ensure proper staffing coverage throughout the week.

- Associates selecting Option 3 must confirm their preferred 2 days at the time of scheduling.

- Once your schedule is confirmed, your selected workdays cannot be changed.

Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners

- Load and unload shipments in receiving and shipping departments

- Assemble boxes, crates, and packaging materials

- Label packages accurately for shipment

- Verify shipments and orders for accuracy

- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Support other warehouse and general labour duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience required

- Experience using RF scanners is an asset





- Ability to commit to a consistent full-time or part-time schedule

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic math and reading skills

- Strong English communication and comprehension skills

- Legally authorized to work in Canada

- Must successfully pass a criminal background check

- CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required

- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures

- Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing

- Use of RF scanning equipment and warehouse technology

- PPE and CSA-approved safety footwear required at all times on the warehouse floor

- Safety-focused workplace with established procedures and standards

- Dependable and punctual individuals

- Team players with a strong work ethic

- Safety-conscious mindset

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
