Pre-Construction Coordinator

Every great mid-rise starts long before mobilization, with the right drawings, the right trades, and the right numbers. At Agile Builders, our pre-construction team sets every project up to win. We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven Pre-Construction Coordinator who wants to be in the room where projects take shape.

We’re a growing team of about 15 builders delivering ground-up mid-rise construction across the GTA. That means you won’t be a cog in a machine. Your work will be visible, your ideas will be heard, and you’ll grow alongside a company that’s building its future right now.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate tender packages: issue drawings, specs, and addenda to subcontractors and suppliers
- Build and maintain bidder lists, track responses, and follow up so every scope is covered
- Assist with bid leveling and scope reviews to make sure we compare apples to apples
- Prepare Letters of Award (LOAs) and support subcontract setup
- Track drawing revisions, RFIs, and design changes during the pre-con phase
- Help assemble budgets, schedules, and submissions with the Estimating and PM teams
- Coordinate permit applications and municipal requirements with consultants




- Keep project records organized in Procore and set up a clean handoff to the site team

What you bring

- 2-3 years of experience in construction coordination, estimating, or pre-construction
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organization skills: you can juggle multiple bid packages without dropping a ball
- Clear, professional communication with trades, consultants, and internal teams
- Comfort with Excel and construction software (Procore or Bluebeam experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and the GTA construction market is an asset

Pay: $57,800.00-$70,000.00 per year
