Warehouse Associate required for Mississauga warehouse. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse distribution, inventory management, and administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in warehouse operations, forklift equipment operation, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination between physical logistics and office functions. This position is essential in maintaining operational excellence, safety standards, and timely order fulfillment. Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities

- Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates within the warehouse management system.
- Assist with warehouse organization, including load & unload activities, heavy lifting, and other related tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and warehouse activities.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry into SAP or other ERP systems, documentation of shipments, and record keeping.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Completion of High School
- Proficiency in operating a reach truck and certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS),



SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience in shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload activities.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Work efficiently as a team member or individually as required in a small fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of computers
