We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) or a 4th/5th year apprentice to join our team at Schultz Automotive (NAPA AUTOPRO). The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive repair and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles using established procedures and technical information.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs, maintenance, and component assembly.
- Read and interpret schematics, service information, and repair instructions to identify issues and guide work.
- Perform automotive repair tasks, including component removal, installation, adjustment, and testing.
- Assist with welding or related repair work when required and within the scope of training and qualifications.
- Keep tools and work areas organized,
follow shop safety practices, and handle parts and equipment responsibly.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and support a positive customer service experience through professional, accurate updates.
Qualifications
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license, or current enrollment as a 4th or 5th year automotive apprentice.
- Ontario G driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and power tools appropriately.
- Assembly experience; welding experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely perform physical work, including standing, bending, and occasional heavy lifting.
- Dependable, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to protected work and quality results.
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
