Compensation: $17.95/ hour Job Type: Full-time

About the Role: Do you have a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a drive for efficiency? Sunrise Greenhouses is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Propagation Team Members. In this role, you will be right at the starting line of our growing process, carefully preparing and planting the cuttings that will eventually become our finished crops.

This position involves high-volume, fast-paced manual work. If you prefer highly focused, hands-on tasks over heavy lifting and want to work in a bright, modern greenhouse workplace, this is a great fit for you! No prior greenhouse experience is necessary—we will provide full training for the right candidates.

What You Will Do:

· Carefully take, prepare, and stick cuttings into soil trays at a consistent, efficient pace.

· Inspect young plants for quality, ensuring they are planted at the correct depth and spacing.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation to keep our plants healthy.

· Assist with other general greenhouse duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

· Dexterity & Precision: Fine motor skills and high dexterity required to handle delicate plant material quickly and accurately.

· Attention to Detail:

You take pride in doing precise work and can instantly spot a healthy cutting from a weak one.

· Focus & Stamina: You thrive in an environment doing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks and can maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.

· Reliability: You show up on time and work well both independently and alongside a team.

· Physical Ability: Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods in a greenhouse environment (which can be warm and humid).
