Second Cup Café is looking for 2 friendly, energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas/Cashiers to join our team at our two Ottawa locations.

If you enjoy making great coffee, providing excellent customer service, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders and accurately process cash and card payments.
- Handle cashier duties and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
