Job Summary

Oasis Talent Network is recruiting a reliable and professional Vehicle Transport & Lot Attendant on behalf of a dealership client located in North York, Ontario.

The successful candidate will support the dealership's retail and wholesale vehicle operations, with a primary responsibility of picking up and transporting vehicles from automotive auctions, dealerships, and other locations.

The role involves travel throughout Ontario, with occasional longer-distance trips to Montreal, Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and transport vehicles from automotive auction sites, dealerships, and other designated locations
- Travel throughout Ontario as required
- Make occasional vehicle pickup and delivery trips to Montreal, Quebec
- Safely operate dealership vehicles between locations
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries with auction facilities, dealerships, and dealership staff
- Inspect vehicles for obvious damage before and after transportation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickups, drop-offs, mileage, and locations
- Properly handle vehicle keys, documents, and related paperwork
- Move and organize vehicles safely within the dealership lot
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and vehicle inventory areas
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, retail operations, and wholesale operations
- Support inventory management by ensuring vehicles are properly located and identified
- Assist dealership staff and customers when required
- Follow all vehicle-handling, safety, and dealership policies
- Represent the dealership professionally when interacting with auction facilities, dealerships, vendors, and customers
- Perform additional lot and vehicle-support duties as required

Requirements





- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous experience driving or transporting vehicles is an asset
- Dealership, auction, fleet, rental-car, logistics, or automotive experience is an asset
- Comfortable driving for extended periods and travelling throughout Ontario
- Comfortable making occasional trips to Montreal, Quebec
- Reliable and responsible when handling dealership vehicles
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle movement and lot operations
- Bilingual English/French is an asset

Travel Requirements

This position is based in North York, Ontario.

Travel will include:

North York → GTA locations
North York → Ontario auction facilities
North York → Dealerships throughout Ontario
Ontario → Montreal, Quebec (occasional)

Candidates must be comfortable with provincial travel and occasional overnight or extended-distance trips when required.
