Duties:
-Check patients in/out using EMR system.
-Pre-test patients using optometry equipment .(Auto-Refractor)
-Clean waiting room after patient use.
-Appointment scheduling, answering telephone calls, faxing, scanning and filing.
-Perform contact lens training.
-Submit OHIP claims.
-Sell and order frames/contact lenses.
-Process Credit/Debit/Cash payments from patients.
Qualifications:
-Must have basic computer skills.
-Must have the ability to multi-task.
-Must be able to work well independently.
-Any experience in Optometry is considered an asset but not necessary. We will train the right candidate.
