About Us

Prime Care Service is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide cleaning services for residential properties, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities throughout Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.

We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services while maintaining professional relationships with our clients. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of reliability, teamwork, and professionalism.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to a professional cleaning team.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned site and service requirements, responsibilities may include the following.

General Cleaning Duties

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, doors, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, lunchrooms, and common areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other cleaning supplies.
- Clean mirrors, interior glass, partitions, and other assigned areas.
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and site-specific instructions.

Residential Cleaning

- Clean houses, apartments, condominiums, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning as assigned.
- Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning when required.
- Treat clients' homes,



belongings, and personal spaces with care and respect.

Commercial Cleaning

- Clean offices, commercial buildings, retail spaces, and shared facilities.
- Maintain workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and staff kitchens.
- Clean high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas according to site requirements.
- Complete assigned duties within the required timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Industrial and Post-Construction Cleaning

- Assist with cleaning designated industrial facilities and approved work areas.
- Remove general dust, debris, and waste using approved cleaning procedures.
- Assist with post-construction and post-renovation cleaning when assigned.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow site-specific health and safety procedures.
- Operate cleaning equipment only when trained and authorized to do so.
- Follow site access rules, waste disposal procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Candidates applying as Drivers will need to provide

- Police back-ground check
- Drivers abstract check
- Minimum 2-3 years driving experience

Important: Specialized industrial cleaning, hazardous-material cleanup, and other higher-risk tasks are not general cleaning duties and will only be assigned to appropriately trained and authorized personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Robust attention to detail and a willingness to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, and schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, industrial, or post-construction cleaning experience is an asset but is not required.




- Willingness to learn and receive training as needed.
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies or equipment within safe limits.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned job sites throughout Mississauga and the GTA.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, depending on scheduling needs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of cleaning products and equipment.

Additional training, certifications, or qualifications may be required for specific sites or specialized assignments.

Work Schedule

Work schedules will depend on client requirements and operational needs. Available shifts may include:

- Day shifts.
- Evening shifts.
