Salary: $20 per hour

Position: Loader (Residential Waste)
Payrate: $20/hr (Paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday,
Shift: 6am start (until route is completed / 8-12hr days)

Job Duties:

- Conducting residential curbside pick-up of various materials
- Emptying bins or bags onto trucks efficiently
- Operate controls on the vehicle hopper/compactor safely and efficiently.
- Provide courteous customer service when interacting with residents if questions or concerns arise.
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck by removing debris and washing out as required.
- Ensure proper disposal of collected materials at designated transfer stations or landfills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements, including situational awareness around traffic and pedestrians.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of general labour experience
- Ability to repetitively lift 50lbs
- Must be dependable
- CSA approved Steel-toed work boots (Above ankle) are mandatory
- Must work in ALL weather conditions, outdoors year-round.
- Reliable transportation required (not bus accessible)
