Duties

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain organized dishwashing stations and ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by managing dish flow and ensuring timely availability of clean items.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly, adhering to environmental standards.




- Collaborate with restaurant or hotel staff to ensure seamless food service operations and uphold hospitality standards.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, especially in food handling or serving roles.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food preparation processes, and cooking environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and hospitality guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of food service operations and hospitality standards is a plus.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
