Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising children, preparing nutritious meals, and supporting their developmental needs. Responsibilities

- Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages in a home environment
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including teaching basic skills and fostering creativity
- Maintain a clean and organized living space, including light housekeeping duties such as cleaning toys, play areas, and children's clothing
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and ensuring inclusive activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior,



and any concerns

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Skills in cooking and meal preparation for children of different age groups are desirable
- Demonstrated ability to provide nurturing care while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of child development principles and caregiving best practices is beneficial
