Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant's standards for quality and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to maintain high standards.




- Participate in menu planning and development as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
