Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified customer service.
- Assist with cashier duties, payments, and arcade card sales.
- Supervise playground areas and help maintain a safe environment.
- Assist customers with arcade games and other entertainment activities.
- Support birthday parties, group bookings, and special events.
- Assist with basic food and beverage service when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Proactively complete cleaning and other tasks during slower periods.
- Support coworkers and assist in different departments as required.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and management instructions.

- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
