Overview

Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Supervisor to help lead daily store operations and deliver a welcoming experience for every guest. Working alongside the supervisor and team, you’ll support beverage and food preparation, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and help team members provide prompt, friendly service.

Requirements (Please read carefully before applying):

- Must be available for both morning AND closing/night shifts
- Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Capable to stand for long periods
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and capacity to work as part of a team are essential.

Duties

- Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing tasks, shift coordination, and maintaining service standards.
- Help supervise, coach, and organize team members to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Assist with onboarding and training; participate in interviewing and team development as needed.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to recipes, quality standards, and food-safety procedures.
- Operate the POS system, process orders, and handle cash accurately.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a strong customer-service focus.
- Monitor supplies and assist with inventory, restocking, and keeping the front and back of house organized.




- Follow food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management about shift needs, operational issues, and guest feedback.

Qualifications

- Customer service experience and a friendly, professional approach to hospitality.
- Food service, restaurant, or food-industry experience; kitchen experience is helpful.
- Supervising experience, team management, or demonstrated leadership ability is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, serving, food handling, and food safety.
- Comfort using a POS system (experience is a plus).
- Cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Experience as a barista, or in a hotel setting is welcome.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, learn procedures, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
