Med Spa Patient Care Coordinator

- We are looking for a high-energy Coordinator to turn our digital marketing interest into thriving clinic appointments. You will be the primary point of contact for leads coming from our active Facebook and Google Ads campaigns".

Key Responsibilities

- Rapid Lead Response: Immediate outreach (ideally within 24–48 hours) to potential patients who engage with social media or search ads.
- Lead Nurturing: Following up via phone, SMS, and email to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Consultation Scheduling: Coordinating with the clinical team to book initial assessments and manage the patient flow.
- CRM Management: Maintaining detailed records of lead interactions and tracking the sales pipeline.
- Patient Education: Explaining available services, treatments,



and business policies to build trust.

Qualifications

- Required: Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize in a quick-paced environment, and a professional demeanor.
- Preferred: 1–2 years experience in a medical spa, sales, or customer service role; familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (like Jane or Boulevard).
- Hourly Rate: ranges from $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week

Experience:

- Med spa client care : 1 year (required)
