DTTR is looking to add to the team. We are located just off the Yellowhead and 142 Street, looking for full-time Diesel Technicians.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
DTTR works on anything diesel-powered and anything from electrical to complete engine rebuilds. Duties include but are not limited to - use testing equipment, take the vehicle for a test drive, and/or refer to manufacturers' specifications and manuals, - dismantle faulty assemblies, repair or replace worn or damaged parts, and - reassemble, adjust and test the repaired mechanisms.
Skill and Abilities - Must have a 2nd, 3rd or a journeyman ticket or equivalent. The working knowledge of electricity, electronics, and computers along with the ability to keep up to date with changing technology, mechanical aptitude, interest in learning new things, with the ability to use proper lifting techniques for items up to 25 kilograms is ideal. A valid driver's license with clean abstract is a must. Competitive Wages, including benefits and RRSP contributions.
Pay: $32.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
