Compass Coach Lines, a trusted motor coach operator serving Brandon and surrounding communities, is looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. If you’re experienced, safety‑focused, and take pride in keeping coaches running smoothly, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain motor coaches and diesel engines
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, brake, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Work collaboratively with our operations and driving team

Qualifications

- Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification (Red Seal) or equivalent experience
- Solid diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with diesel engines and bus/motor coach systems
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship
