We are a growing manufacturing company in Kelowna, BC, and we're looking for skilled welders to join our production team.

Job Summary:

The position of Class A Welder includes but is not limited to production welding of pressure vessels and piping systems. Responsibilities will include the use of various hand tools and equipment to aid in the fabrication of custom products from engineering drawings to produce pressure parts that meet code specifications in a high-paced production setting. Candidates must have Class A certification, pressure welding experience, TIG/stainless steel experience, and be able to work full-time at our Kelowna location.

What You'll Do:

- TIG weld stainless steel and carbon steel
- Weld pressure vessels and piping
- Fit and prepare components for welding
- Read drawings, spool sheets, and piping isometrics
- Inspect welds for quality and code compliance




- Perform pressure testing as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support assembly and other production work as needed

Requirements:

- Class A Pressure Welding Certificate – TSBC
- Journeyperson Welder certification or equivalent
- Current welder logbook
- Pressure vessel/piping welding experience
- Strong TIG and stainless steel experience
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

What We Offer:

Vitalis is offering a $38.00–$50.00/hour base wage, based on experience, plus an additional 20% for benefits, vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, and RRSP matching — a total compensation value of $45–$60/hour.
