Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Server/Bartender to provide attentive service in a welcoming hospitality setting. This role combines serving and bartending duties, from greeting guests and taking orders to preparing beverages and processing payments. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and committed to creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, answer questions about menu items, and provide courteous, attentive customer service.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check in with guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and applicable food safety practices.
- Process guest payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized service areas and follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.




- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to support smooth, timely service.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management.

Requirements

- Strong customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
- Serving and bartending experience preferred; restaurant, food service, or broader food industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred; Micros POS experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle food and beverages safely and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Comfort with cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments accurately.
- Basic math and math skills for order entry, payment processing, and making change.
- Strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain professional and attentive in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
