Secure Defence is seeking professional, reliable, and observant security personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and respond effectively during incidents.

Shifts Available

We are currently hiring for 2–3 shifts per week:

- Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Only for Covers
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM- Undecided

Flexible availability, including weekends, is a strong asset.

Requirements

- Valid security license.
- Valid work permit or other legal authorization to work Part Time or full-time hours in Canada.
- Previous security or related experience is an asset.
- Strong observation, communication, and situational awareness skills. Should be able to view screens for extended times.




- Must be punctual, professional, reliable, and dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation or a dependable commute to the Richmond, BC work location.
- Must be available to start training as soon as possible and commit to five training shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
