Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented Ecommerce Sales Associate to join our small but agile team. In this role, you’ll support all aspects of our online sales operations, from managing inventory and shipping to analyzing sales data and maintaining product listings. You’ll also contribute to creative marketing efforts, including social media promotions and online advertising.

Responsibilities

- Accurately process incoming inventory across all online sales channels,



ensuring correct cost, quantity, and product data entry.
- Coordinate shipments to third‐party warehouses and verify received quantities and product conditions.
- Maintain and enhance online product listings through exact data management, content optimization, and consistent updates.
- Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment, maintaining accuracy, presentation quality, and timely fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze sales reports from multiple platforms to identify trends, re‐order needs, and performance insights.
- Manage daily workflow efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain smooth ecommerce operations.
- Uphold company standards for service and sales excellence in every customer interaction.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, suppliers, and third‐party partners via phone and email.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail, ecommerce, or digital marketing is an asset
- Basic MS Excel and math skills for navigating spreadsheets of data accurately.
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards.
- Familiarity with art supplies, stationery, toys, or board games is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
- Creative thinker with interest in online advertising and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
