Enhance Arts is a boutique wellness spa offering massage, reflexology, and body treatments at two Vancouver locations. We’re looking for skilled, caring massage practitioners and bodyworkers who take pride in helping clients relax, recharge, and feel their best.

This position is for non-RMT massage practitioners and bodyworkers. BC RMT registration is not required.

Your Role

- Provide personalized relaxation massage and bodywork within your training and qualifications
- Discuss client preferences, pressure levels, and areas of focus before each treatment
- Maintain client comfort, consent, privacy, and appropriate draping throughout each session
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and linens before appointments
- Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and follow spa hygiene protocols
- Complete client notes according to spa procedures
- Recommend suitable treatments, add-ons, and home-care products when appropriate
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive, consistent service




- Work collaboratively with reception, management, and fellow practitioners

What We’re Looking For

- Training or certification in massage, bodywork, or a related discipline
- Experience in relaxation massage, deep tissue techniques, Thai massage, reflexology, or other bodywork modalities
- One to two years of experience preferred; newly trained practitioners are welcome to apply
- A warm, professional, and dependable approach
- English communication skills sufficient to discuss client needs, comfort, and consent
- Strong attention to hygiene, professional boundaries, and client care
- Willingness to learn and follow Enhance Arts treatment standards

Additional training in Thai massage, reflexology, or lymphatic drainage is an asset.

Schedule

- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on training and experience, with commission opportunities and tips. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
