Katsu and Salmon is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff member to join our team in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards

Prepare ingredients and assist with daily kitchen prep

Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred

Previous experience working in a Korean restaurant or Korean-style kitchen is preferred

Reliable, responsible, and punctual

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Evening and weekend availability preferred
