Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 4th year and Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Residential plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
- Assemble and install piping systems according to specifications.

Skills

- Robust mechanical knowledge with a focus on plumbing systems.
- Experience in maintenance tasks related to plumbing and construction.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely.




- Familiarity with carpentry techniques as they relate to plumbing installations.
- Competence in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
- Capability for heavy lifting as needed for various tasks.
- Knowledge of assembly techniques relevant to plumbing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
