Responsibilities:

- Manage project tasks and timelines, ensuring tasks stay on schedule
- Oversee job costing, ensuring that projects stay on budget and remain profitable
- Administer project documents
- Interface with GCs, Estimating team, and Onsite teams
- Take action to mitigate delays and project risks
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Manage change notices and scope changes
- Keep internal and external stakeholders apprised of project status

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Completion of a postsecondary program in a Construction Management-related field is an asset
- Project Management certifications are an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and sales aptitude is strongly preferred
