Position Summary

Total Spirit Cheerleading is seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

The majority of products handled are apparel items, including cheerleading uniforms, clothing, and related merchandise. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks such as picking, sorting, folding, packing, and organizing apparel.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing lists.
- Sort, fold, organize, and prepare apparel for customer orders.
- Pack customer orders carefully and accurately for shipment.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against shipping or receiving documentation.
- Count and record inventory moving into and out of the warehouse.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and immediately report discrepancies.
- Organize merchandise and maintain clearly identified warehouse storage locations.
- Restock shelves, bins, and picking areas as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist with unloading, moving, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing merchandise and report issues to management.
- Follow established warehouse, inventory, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Assist other warehouse team members during busy periods.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will:

- Have excellent attention to detail,



particularly when picking, counting, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- Be a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Be dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks involving apparel, including picking, sorting, folding, counting, and packing.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be able to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak ordering periods.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-fulfillment experience is an asset but not necessarily required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires regular physical activity throughout the workday. The employee must be able to:

- Lift and carry up to 25 kg (approximately 55 lbs) on a regular basis.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Regularly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move merchandise.
- Perform repetitive tasks including picking, sorting, folding, packing, and organizing apparel and cartons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
