Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Organize cleaning schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle minor maintenance or reporting issues related to cleaning equipment or facilities
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness at all times
Requirements
- Reliable transportation — you'll travel between job sites
- Having your own vehicle is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to work independently and follow a checklist
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Cleaning experience is an asset, but not required — we train the right people
- A cleaning certificate (e.g., housekeeping or janitorial certification) is an asset
