We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. Job Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial snow removal
- Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment
- Shovel and clear walkways, entrances, driveways, and other designated areas
- Apply ice melt & gravel as required
- Complete work according to company standards and instructions
- Inspect completed work and ensure properties are left clean and safe
- Communicate with management and team members throughout shifts
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Work safely and efficiently in winter weather conditions

Requirements

- Reliable vehicle required; truck preferred - Available weekdays and weekends whenever snowfall occurs
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and physically capable
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme winter conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently




- Good problem-solving and communication skills Professional attitude and solid customer service skills
- Must remain reachable and in communication during working hours
- Cellphone with active data required for company scheduling and workflow applications

Previous snow removal experience is an asset, but not required
