Journeyman Carpenter — Residential Renovations

We're hiring an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our residential renovation team, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. If you want to be home each night , and want to grow into a leadership role with a company that feels like family, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Execute high-quality carpentry work on residential kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Help manage job sites and direct staff/trades as needed
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in residential renovations (kitchens and bathrooms specifically)
- Experience managing a job site and directing staff/trades preferred
- Strong team player with a positive, qualified attitude
- A valid driver's license and insurability under our commercial vehicle policy.
- Willingness to maintain personal accident and injury coverage
- Comfortable using an online CRM app daily for site notes and timesheets

Compensation & Benefits





- $38–$40/hour, full-time, non-seasonal

Growth Path

Successful candidates will train alongside our operations team in the field for 3–12 months, depending on experience, with a clear path to promotion to Lead hand. Leads receive a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
