Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Female Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Richmond. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and excellent English communication skills. This position focuses on promoting the client's independence, well-being, and quality of life through companionship and daily living support.

Duties

- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Assist with meal planning and meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping and homemaking duties
- Accompany and transport the client to appointments and errands as needed
- Assist with organizing daily activities and routines
- Monitor the client's well-being and report any concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the client, who has hearing difficulties

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required
- Female caregiver preferred by client
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Solid spoken English communication skills
- Valid Criminal Record Check (Provide a copy)
- Previous home care, assisted living, or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
