We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants

- Prepare lease agreements, move-in/move-out documentation, and other necessary paperwork

- Enforce lease terms and regulations to ensure compliance by all tenants

Requirements

- Appropriate licensing requirements need to be met (licensed REALTORS qualify)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate effectively





- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

- Valid driver's license

- Property Management Licensing in Manitoba
