This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapid-paced environment, prepare desserts, serve customers, and keep the shop welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare desserts according to standards
- Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly service
- Handle cash and other payments according to store procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Work with the team to serve orders efficiently during rush hours

Experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for processing payments and orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
