Greenzilla Lawn and Snow is a local Hamilton company keeping homes and businesses protected through the winter. We're looking for reliable Snow Route Drivers for the 2026–2027 snow season, with the opportunity for year-round work. You'll use your own car to pick up our crew, drive to client properties and work alongside the team clearing snow and ice. Training is provided. This is a seasonal contract position.

What you'll do

- Pick up crew members and drive safely to assigned client properties
- Follow the route and dispatch instructions to keep the schedule on time
- Hand-shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs and entrances
- Apply rock salt and ice melt safely and efficiently
- Load and unload equipment and salt
- Keep your vehicle in safe winter condition and report any issues right away
- Respond quickly to weather alerts and call-outs — early morning, daytime or overnight

What we're looking for

- Must be available during snowfalls, including early mornings, nights and weekends
- A valid Ontario G licence is preferred — G2 drivers are welcome to apply
- Your own reliable car with winter tires
- Valid insurance that covers using your vehicle for this work




- Able to do physical outdoor work in the cold for at least 6 hours, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attendance record — dependable and detail-oriented
- Previous snow removal or winter driving experience is an asset

Pay and schedule

- $24.00 per hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- Gas used for work driving is reimbursed
- Seasonal, on-call — hours depend on snowfall
- Season starts in December 2026 and runs through March 2027
- Training provided
- Opportunity for year-round work for strong team members

Location: In person at client properties in Crown Point, Downtown, the Mountain and Westdale, Hamilton, ON.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
