Your responsibilities will include:

- Independently designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs focused on measurable and meaningful client progress.
- Reviewing initial assessments completed by therapists and preparing detailed clinical reports.

- Completing program updates, data reviews, progress evaluations, supervision notes, and other required clinical documentation.
- Training and providing ongoing guidance to Instructor Therapists and Senior Therapists to support high-quality and consistent service delivery.
- Providing training and guidance to parents, therapists, and other professionals on the implementation of ABA programs.
- Supporting therapists in delivering parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and generalization outside of sessions.
- Using clinical judgment and ongoing data analysis to guide treatment decisions and improve client outcomes.
- Preparing and reviewing initial assessment reports, progress reports, treatment plans, and discharge reports.
- Collaborating with families, school staff, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other members of a client's care team when appropriate.
- Maintaining detailed clinical and supervision documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
- Attending monthly team meetings and contributing to ongoing clinical collaboration and improvement.
