Roofing Estimator

EDMONTON, AB · FULL-TIME · SALARY + PERFORMANCE BONUS

We’re hiring an experienced Roofing Estimator to produce accurate estimates and proposals for commercial, multi-family, and institutional roofing projects across the Edmonton market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for EPDM, TPO, SBS, and metal roofing projects
- Conduct site visits and roof inspections to assess project scope and conditions
- Develop skilled proposals and tender documents for commercial and institutional clients
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure estimate accuracy
- Track and follow up on submitted bids and proposals

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in roofing estimating (flat or commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of flat membrane and commercial roofing systems
- Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Alberta driver’s license required
