Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Server/Bartender to provide welcoming, attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This role combines serving and bartending responsibilities, including taking orders, preparing beverages, processing transactions, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining area. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred.

Duties

- Greet guests, explain menu items, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service throughout each visit.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check in with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, service standards, and applicable requirements.
- Process guest payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean and orderly tables, service stations, bar areas, and workspaces.
- Follow food safety and food handling practices,



including proper storage and sanitation procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to support efficient food service.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong time management.

Qualifications

- Serving and bartending skills; restaurant, food industry, or food service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a courteous and professional approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash, operate a register, and complete transactions accurately.
- Basic math and math skills for order entry, payments, and change.
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
