Job description

Duties including but not limited to, food prep, catering prep and hot lunch food prep. Kitchen cleaning duties required.

Job duties

- Work directly with the head chef and kitchen production members
- Cooking and preparation of our fresh pasta by following our famous recipes
- Food prep for catering’s and Hot table
- Working in warm setting
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of work station

Requirements

- Experience in food industry and kitchen production imperative
- Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP and health and safety an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Additional details

This position is full time days,



and require the right person to be available during the week as well as some weekends. Must be flexible.
