Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Duties

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during cooking processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
- Help with the storage of ingredients and supplies in accordance with safety regulations
- Support serving staff during meal service as required
- Assist in setting up dining areas and clearing after service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant,



hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if necessary
