Islanders’ Choice Painting is seeking qualified painting subcontractors for ongoing residential repaint projects in the Victoria area.

Please note that the work is on Vancouver Island. Not on the mainland

This opportunity is intended for experienced subcontractors who value clear scopes, consistent communication, and reliable coordination. Our goal is to build long-term working relationships with painters who want predictable work without unnecessary friction.

What we’re looking for

- Communicate promptly if conditions change
- Take pride in workmanship and professionalism

This role may not be suitable for individuals seeking short-term or ad-hoc gig work.

Requirements

- Own vehicle and professional painting tools
- Ability to work legally in Canada
- Valid WorkSafeBC coverage
- Liability insurance
- Residential repaint experience preferred

Pay: $37.50-$65.00 per hour
