Source Flooring Distributors is looking for a motivated, personable, and design-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team!

We specialize in a wide range of products, including vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, area rugs, and more. We're looking for someone who has a passion for sales, a strong eye for interior design, and the ability to help customers bring their design visions to life.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- A strong eye for interior design, colour coordination, and current home design trends
- An interest in flooring, tile, home décor, and interior finishes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in helping customers coordinate products, colours, textures, and finishes
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of flooring and interior design products is an asset

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, area rugs, and other products




- Offer design advice and product recommendations based on customers' styles, needs, and budgets
- Help customers coordinate colours, materials, and finishes to create cohesive spaces
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and visually appealing showroom
- Stay up to date with new products, interior design trends, and promotions
- Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales goals
