As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the dealership.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate matters to the appropriate individual when required.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.




- Perform additional duties as required to support the successful operation of the dealership.

What You'll Do

- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with CDK, 180, and licensing is considered an asset.
