We are a midtown law firm looking a experienced Junior to Intermediate Corporate Clerk. We are willing to training the right person.

Salary and Vacation : Negotiable based on experience

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask and work within a team environment.

Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, PCLaw, NetDocs, E-Core and Appara;

Familiar with Adobe Acrobat an asset and strong legal word processing skills including excellent proofing, writing, spelling and grammar skills;
